Disclosure and Consent on the Processing of Personal Data

Under Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data (“KVKK”), I have been informed that the first name, last name, phone number, department, year of study and email address I share through this membership form may be processed by the Selçuk University Biological Sciences Community and the Community Supervisor for the purposes of receiving and evaluating my membership application, maintaining my community membership, contacting me and organising community activities.

I understand that my personal data may be stored for as long as my membership continues, and that upon the end of my membership it will be deleted, destroyed or anonymised, without prejudice to obligations arising from applicable legislation.

I have been informed that, in the course of operating the technical infrastructure of the website, my data may be processed through the service providers used for hosting, database, authentication and content management services.
